The Shuttle and The Boar: A Dunfermline Christmas Story

  • Andrew Carnegie Birthpace Museum Moodie Street Dunfermline, KY12 7PL Scotland (map)

Set in early Victorian Dunfermline, The Shuttle and The Boar tells the story of Tom Cameron, a local weaver’s son who returns unwelcome to his hometown after many years away to find it in turmoil!

There is economic decline and a huge snowstorm has engulfed the town, leaving it cut-off and a local landowner takes the opportunity to exploit the people’s plight. Not only this, but the town is being visited by a terrible ghostly curse which has most convinced it can never be lifted.

Can Tom help lift the curse and confront the great wild beast that lies behind it?
