Join in a chat all about fossils with Dr Katie Strang from Scottish Fossils Instagram Team. Katie is a fossil aficionado and spends a lot of time fossil hunting and exploring the fascinating geodiversity of Scotland.  

During this live Zoom session, Katie will be providing a short 1-0-1 on fossil hunting in Fife, including an introduction to geology and palaeontology and the age of rocks in the area. Katie also invites you to send in pictures of fossils you have found on your walks in Scotland and she’ll use her fossil expertise to help identify them. Please email your images to us by 6 April.
